Appointments

After many requests, KooKoo’s Nest now offers private prom shopping appointments for one-on-one time with a highly-trained fashion expert! Scheduling an appointment is ideal for customers who have never visited our store, or for customers who desire the guidance of a stylist throughout their shopping process. We highly recommend the appointments to avoid waiting for a fitting room. “Skip the line; book a time!”

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

We have four types of appointments available: one-hour classic appointment, two-hour luxury appointment, tuxedo appointment, and rent the store appointment.

One-hour appointments can be scheduled before or after regular store hours. Appointments can be made by customers searching for prom dresses, homecoming dresses, or pageant dresses. 

A Booking Fee will be charged at the time of booking your private shopping appointment to reserve your time slot and stylist. Upon arriving at your appointment, you will have one hour to try on as many gowns as you wish with the one-on-one help of your stylist. You will also have your own fitting room. At the conclusion of your appointment your booking fee will be discounted off the dress purchased at your appointment. Should you not find a gown within your one-hour appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee.

Appointments are not required during prom season, but highly recommended for the best shopping experience. Dress appointments are required during boutique season.
